Bel Air is a refined multi-residential project defined by sculptural form, layered landscaping and a strong interplay between architecture and landscape. The design balances softness and structure through curved geometry, deep horizontal elements and a restrained material palette, creating a residential address that feels elegant, composed and enduring.

Bel Air is a boutique multi-residential project defined by sculptural form, layered landscaping and a strong relationship between architecture and landscape. The building balances softness and structure, using curved geometry and deep horizontal elements to create a composed residential presence.

Designed by Kennon and developed by Frank Developments and Signature Property Partners, the architecture is shaped by generous balconies, integrated planting and a restrained material palette that gives the building a sense of depth and refinement. The result is an elevated residential environment that feels considered at both the scale of the street and the individual home.

SENNA’s involvement spans the design development, coordination, technical documentation and delivery phases, translating the architectural and interior design intent into a resolved construction outcome. Particular focus has been placed on façade articulation, glazing, joinery, consultant coordination and the detailed interfaces that underpin the clarity of the overall design.

Bel Air reflects a collaborative approach to delivery, where strong design intent is supported by rigorous documentation and careful resolution. The project is shaped not only by its architectural expression, but by the precision required to carry that expression through to construction.
