Myst, North Burleigh
Myst is a refined collection of beachfront residences that interprets the rhythms of North Burleigh’s coastline through form and material. At its core the project explores a quietly sculptural architectural language that is both elegant and grounded, creating an address that feels effortless yet considered.
Designed by ByCulprit and developed by Frank Developments, Myst responds directly to its setting with organic curves and expansive openings that draw in light, breeze and panoramic ocean views. Each residence is composed to capture natural amenity and spatial clarity, delivering a calm, purposeful backdrop for everyday life.
Senna’s involvement spanned the coordination, documentation and delivery phases, ensuring that the design intent translated seamlessly through technical delivery and onto the construction site. This collaborative approach reinforced a unified vision from concept through execution, with careful attention to proportion, material expression and build quality.
Myst’s architectural presence is subtle yet strong, articulate in its simplicity and generous in its connection to place. The result is a thoughtful expression of coastal living that prioritises comfort, clarity and a lasting sense of calm.
