The building’s form is shaped by flowing lines and softened geometry, creating a sense of movement and calm. Carefully considered massing and orientation allow each residence to benefit from natural light, outlook, and a seamless relationship to outdoor space.

Material selections are intentionally understated, with a muted, neutral palette that complements the surrounding landscape rather than competing with it. Generous balconies and full-height glazing extend the living spaces outward, blurring the boundary between inside and out.

Throughout the project, attention was placed on proportion, detail, and liveability, ensuring the architecture not only reads well from the street, but supports the everyday experience of those who live within it.
