Murano, Tenerife
Murano is a boutique collection of inner-city residences shaped by proportion, craft and light. Drawing from the character of Teneriffe’s riverside context, the design explores curved form, refined detailing and a restrained material palette to articulate a new expression of contemporary urban living.
In collaboration with ByCulprit by Frank Developments, Murano celebrates calm and clarity. The design vocabulary emphasises quiet sophistication through thoughtful spatial organisation and considered materiality, allowing the architecture to feel both grounded in its locale and quietly elevated in presence.
Senna's involvement in Murano was to manage the coordination, technical documentation and on-site delivery of the design concept, translating the architectural vision into reality. This delivery focus ensured precision in execution, continuity of design intent and rigour throughout the construction process.
Through this collaborative process, Murano emerges as a cohesive architectural proposition that respects its context while offering refined living environments shaped by light, texture and everyday comfort.
